Cloud Atlas (2012) To Debut On Blu-ray
On May 14, 2013, Warner Home Video released Cloud Atlas on Blu-ray. Tom Tykwer, Lana Wachowski, and Lilly Wachowski directed the film starring Tom Hanks, Halle Berry, and Hugh Grant.
‘Cloud Atlas’ Synopsis
The film is an exploration of how the actions of individual lives impact one another in the past, present and future, as one soul is shaped from a killer into a hero, and an act of kindness ripples across centuries to inspire a revolution. The screenplay was written by Tykwer, Wachowski, and Wachowski, and is based on the novel written by David Mitchell.
Cloud Atlas was released in October 2012 to mainly mixed reviews. It grossed over $26 million at the box office. Jim Sturgess, Ben Whishaw, Susan Sarandon, and Hugh Grant also star in the film.
