Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters (2013) — 20th Century Fox

20th Century Fox, via Yahoo! Movies, has released a new theatrical poster for their upcoming fantasy sequel Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters. The poster features the cast of the film and is subtitled “In Demigods We Trust”. The film is directed by Thor Freudenthal and stars Logan Lerman, Brandon T. Jackson, Alexandra Daddario, Douglas Smith, Yvette Nicole Brown, Missi Pyle, Nathan Fillion, Anthony Head, Leven Rambin, and Stanley Tucci. Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters is scheduled to open in theaters on August 16, 2013.

In the film, Percy Jackson, the son of Poseidon, continues his epic journey to fulfill his destiny, as he teams with his demigod friends to retrieve the Golden Fleece, which has the power to save their home and training ground, Camp Half-Blood.

The film is a sequel to Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief which opened in theaters in February of 2010. That film went onto gross over $226 million in worldwide box office.
