‘Duck Soup’ 30-Second Summary

When Rufus T. Firefly becomes the appointed dictator of Freedonia, instead of leading responsibly, Firefly hilariously disrupts the nation by arriving late to his inauguration and insulting everyone in attendance. Recognizing his incompetence, two spies are dispatched from neighboring Sylvania with the mission to overthrow the unfit leader. Consequently, a comically outrageous war breaks out between the two nations.
