‘Beetlejuice’ Synopsis
Beetlejuice begins with the deaths of Barbara and Adam Maitland from a car accident. The two find themselves stuck in their quaint country residence—unable to leave it. Soon the loathsome Deetz family, along with their goth daughter, Lydia, but the place. When the Maitlands find they can not spend the afterlife with them, they try to scare them away without any success. Lurking in the area is an uncouth and crazy spirit named Beetlejuice who offers his assistance. When they accept the offer, his “help” leads to danger for all.
